Welcome to prdx.gr, the official platform of the PRDX community for organizing events, car meets, shows, and other automotive-related activities. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Description of Services
prdx.gr provides:
• Information on upcoming and past events
• User registration functionality
• Online ticket purchasing for events
• Online purchasing of products (merchandise)
• Informational content related to the community’s focus
3. User Registration
To access certain features (such as purchases or event sign-ups), creating an account is required. Users must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through secure methods. By completing a purchase, the user accepts the applicable purchase terms and is charged based on the selected products or services.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1. Event Tickets
Purchasing event tickets through prdx.gr is binding and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email and a refund or credit for a future event will be offered.
Refund requests will not be accepted in cases of:
• No-show by the buyer
• Late arrival
• Changes to the event schedule (e.g., location, lineup, etc.)
5.2. Ticket Order Cancellation
Buyers have the right to cancel their ticket order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place and there are more than 48 hours remaining before its start. Cancellations can be made by contacting info[a]prdx.gr.
5.3. Merchandise Returns
Product purchases (t-shirts, caps, stickers, etc.) are subject to a limited return policy.
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was received
In such cases, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the product, sending a photo and description of the issue to info[a]prdx.gr. We will offer:
• A replacement item (if in stock)
• Alternatively, a refund
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, washed, or damaged through misuse.
5.4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by prdx.gr (e.g., incorrect item, defective product).
